To heal from the inside out is the key. ~ Wynonna Judd

Have you been feeling the desire to connect more deeply with yourself and others? Do you experience increased feelings of love, intuition, and awareness of synchronicities? Are things feeling more uncomfortable or out of alignment because of rapid shifts taking place? Does all of this create a longing to embrace, in wholeness, who you know yourself to be and to start bringing that into your experience in bigger ways and more regularly? Perhaps then, you are experiencing what many are in terms of accelerated activation and you feel drawn to take a leap on that journey in order to assist things both personally and collectively.

Reiki is one tool that can support this and is an option for those that feel resonation with it.

Reiki has the ability to bring greater sense of:

* self awareness (in alignment with your soul mission & in synergy with the collective & all of life)
* clarity
* empowerment
* intuition
* peace
* joy
* balance
* creativity
* abundance
* deeper love and compassion

The focus is on learning, sharing, supporting and expanding your heart through Reiki (pronounced ray-key). The practice of channeling Reiki (spiritually guided Universal Life Force Energy) is an easy-to-learn, gentle and powerful system of natural healing that reduces stress, induces relaxation, supports intentions and provides many other healing benefits. As a very powerful aid to personal growth, Reiki works on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, and can be refined for personal use and in our service to others and animals.

Custom Animal Companion Portraits That Touch The Heart And Speak From The Soul

“Summer Days” ~ Nikki – 24″ x 30″ Acrylic on Canvas Animal Companion Portrait by Tania Marie

Being deeply heart-connected to animals since I birthed into this experience of life, and having very profound and magical relationships with my own animal companions, it’s no wonder why I resonate so much with painting our beautiful animal friends. To me they are no different than myself and I see and honor them as the divine souls I know them to be.

I love channeling soul energy that comes through our animal sisters and brothers. Animal Spirit Guides always come through whenever I am working intuitively or supporting others with Reiki sessions, which is why I started to provide Animal Spirit Guide Readings in combo with Reiki Healing Attunements and why I was inspired to create my new series Universal ARKitecture that channels the messages of the Animal Spirits of the Earth.

I am always honored and excited to be able to bring to life the spirit of someone’s beloved animal companion and today I’m sharing the joyous spirit of Nikki, that I was commissioned to paint as a gift to the dear friend of my client. I have titled this painting, “Summer Days,” as it depicts Nikki at her family’s summer home in her favorite spot she loves to hang out. She has such a joyous, bright spirit, reminiscent of vibrant Summer Sun.

My gift in creating these animal portraits is in bringing to life the inner spirit of each beautiful soul and infusing visionary elements that highlight the magic of their uniqueness. I create from photos provided and either create my own environment to support the spirit of each soul that feels to highlight their essence, or will create what is desired as their environment – always infused with an artistic vision in how to bring those elements to “life” with a little Tania flair that I’ve come to be known for in my paintings.

Animals are our best friends, children, companions, soulmates and in many cases are the dearest gifts in our lives – always there unconditionally to support and love us. Many have lost dear ones, currently have new members in their family, or have those that have been with them through thick and thin for years. In honor of these dear ones that bring invaluable joy to our lives in immeasurable ways, I offer animal companion portraiture as a custom service.

The animals have a message to share with us. We need only to listen. ~ Tania Marie

“A human being is part of a whole, called by us the ‘Universe’ – a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separated from the rest – a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circles of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.” ~ Albert Einstein

“Lots of people talk to animals…. Not very many listen, though…. That’s the problem.” ~ Benjamin Hoff

“Until one has loved an animal, a part of one’s soul remains unawakened.” ~ Anatole France

“Who can believe that there is no soul behind those luminous eyes!” ~ Theophile Gautier

“An animal’s eyes have the power to speak a great language.” ~ Martin Buber

Reflections for Tomorrow’s “Once in a Blue Moon”

Once In A Blue Moon by Tania Marie

In celebration of tomorrow’s Full Blue Moon in Pisces (the rare 2nd Full Moon of the month), I’m sharing my newest painting to reflect upon titled, “Once in a Blue Moon” – the 5th painting in my Universal ARKitecture series that is now available both in prints and original.

Emotions and energy seem to be amplified right now, but we can choose to embrace and flow with these energies by staying grounded, centered and present within. Taking a moment to have open perspectives and use wise discernment can shift you from reaction to response and result in more graceful experiences. This is a great time to commune with the divine union of male and female energies within and to honor those core emotions so you can create from that integrated space of unconditional love that resides in your heart. Allow yourself to envision your hopes in abundant expansiveness and spend some time in the magical realms of your dreams.

Blue Moons in traditional folklore were defined as the 4th Full Moon in a season, not as the 2nd Full Moon of a month, like it is known today. This is your last chance to see a Blue Moon until the next Blue Moon on July 31, 2015. The moon will be at its fullest at 9:58 a.m. EDT (1358 GMT) on Friday 8/31/12. The phrase “once in a blue moon” is used to refer to something that is extremely rare, rather than literally referring to the color of the Moon. It is also extremely rare to have 2 Full Blue Moons in a given year. The last time this occurred was in 1999 and the next time won’t be until 2018.

This rare energy/experience was the channeled inspiration behind this painting, which you can read in greater detail about here, to include the rare energy of uniting with your Twin Soul/Flame:

Once in a Blue Moon

Prints and originals of the first 5 (there are 28 more to come, totaling 33) of the series are available here:

THE SHIFT: WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON? by Guest Blogger Denise Sheehan

Denise Sheehan – CEO of Sage Spirit Coaching & Reiki

I’ve been intending, the last several months, to start sharing interviews with, and guest blogs from, other visionaries in the fields of creative and healing arts who are forging the way to manifesting a new reality of co-creative Earth experience. I started one interview that is still in process of wrapping up, but when I recently, on the same day, had someone contact me about guest blogging and heard that my friend and fellow Reiki Master Teacher, Denise Sheehan, was also tapping into this collective channel by starting to share guest blogs as well, I took it as my synchronous heart nudge to open the doorway now, rather than later. And so, Denise and I contacted each other about sharing guest blogs for our collective community.

If you are a fellow visionary sharing passionate and transformative gifts of service from your heart’s love and joy that would like to guest blog or be interviewed you can contact me at tania@taniamarie.com.

But for today, our focus is on guest blogger, Denise Sheehan, from Reno, Nevada. I had the pleasure of going through my Reiki training with Denise when I lived in the Tahoe/Reno area. It’s always amazing to see who comes together in Reiki classes, as it’s always a perfect synergy of souls that create a web of connection. I have since moved back to California, but Denise and I have remained in connection and we refer clients to each other in the areas where we both now live. A benefit of having gone through training together and creating a soul friendship that goes beyond just a fellow student, we are able to recommend each other’s Reiki services, knowing it stems from the same heart core and the same loving Reiki Master Teacher, and mutual faery friend and colleague who you hear me mention quite often, Laura Bruno!

Denise is a multi-faceted spiritual entrepreneur and CEO of Sage Spirit Coaching & Reiki. She beautifully and heart-fully shares her unique gifts in service to others as a Reiki Master Teacher, Life Coach, Shaman and Author. Her passion as a life coach has led her to incorporate various branches to her offerings to include becoming a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the internationally accredited Coaches Training Institute, Certified Job Coach with NextJob, Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, and also offers pro bono coaching helping women and their families to transcend poverty, to become financially independent, and to thrive in all aspects of life. She co-authored a college textbook, Substance Abuse Prevention: The Intersection of Science and Practice and has also authored and co-authored several others products on the topic of prevention, including a popular national curriculum, Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist Training.

On a more personal note, Denise is a passionate, loving, sensitive and radiant light who so generously gives of her heart and exudes a gentle power that is both nurturing and encouraging. She sees the beauty in everyone and everything around her and lives from the joy of her heart, in effort to empower others to do the same. She shares her experiences with life partner Dana Bratcher, who co-facilitates the Sage Spirit Reiki classes, and their mystic and beautiful animal companions, Myo and SunBear. It is an honor and joy to know her and be both friend and colleague in co-creation of the New Earth we are birthing. Thank you Denise for shining your courageously vulnerable heart and for being a loving example of channeling your joy in service to others.

You can read more about Denise and all of her beautiful services offered at Sage Spirit Coaching & Reiki

Today’s guest blog comes to us from Denise Sheehan and is titled, The Shift: What on Earth is Going On? I hope you enjoy her sharing and take time to ponder the questions she poses at the end as a means to set the tone for your day and the directions you intend to take and experience on your journey in life.

The Shift: What on Earth is Going On? – by Denise Sheehan

Do you sometimes have the feeling we’re not in Kansas anymore? At the same time that economic, political, social & other structures seem to be falling away, much that has been concealed by those in power comes into the light. Revolutions, large and small, take place across the world as people rise up and claim their empowerment. In terms of planetary activities, we might also note the earth’s upcoming crossing of the galactic equator, magnetic pole shifts, solar flares and more that effect our collective and individual electromagnetic fields in ways that perhaps we cannot fully imagine as yet.

At the same time as we experience transition and transformation in the external world, much shifts within us too. Does is seem as if time accelerates at an amazing rate, and even young people are aware of the change? Have you noticed increased access to intuition? Have you experienced an expansion of love energy in yourself, your family, and your community? Have your dreams become more multi-dimensional? In our moments of love and joy, we come closer to Christ- or Buddha- conscious, nirvana, heaven-on-earth or our essence. As above, so below.

Let’s be honest. Not all of us are feeling like shiny-happy people, and no one that I know feels that way all the time. At the same time that we, as individuals, come more into the light and love vibration, we become more able to see our own shadows rising up to the surface, dancing into our awareness, and begging for release (just as the shadows in the external world come out of concealment – as within, so without).

Our shadows may involve unhealthy beliefs, thought-patterns, habits, memories, feelings and more. Often times we project our shadows onto others, “Oh, I don’t like being with her; she’s so negative!” Really this is an opportunity to see and heal whatever negative thinking patterns we experience. This healing is really essential to our well-being and happiness. In times like these, we manifest what we think much more quickly. If we continue to think of negative occurrences, relationships, patterns and more – even defining ourselves as our story around these patterns – we will simply create more of the same until we’re ready to release it all and to embrace our full potential.

Pioneers of evolutionary thought like Barbara Marx Hubbard, Bruce Lipton, and many others, explore the need to evolve or become extinct. Blending science and spirituality helps to issue in a new era of peace and love. Ultimately, the shift is one of consciousness expanding, our conscious evolution. These are indeed times to celebrate, even as we sometimes uncomfortably and ungracefully release the past, along with the old structures that don’t serve our collective well-being.

This is my definition of conscious evolution: it’s an acknowledgement that change, or evolution, is inherent in the human experience. We, as conscious evolutionaries, are awake and intentional about our response to world changes. We know who we are at our core, and we paint our lives with creative, artistic brushstrokes. It’s about alchemy, as we shift ourselves and our world from polarity- to unity-consciousness, from logic-centric values to incorporating intuition and heart-based knowing, from having and hoarding to offering our unique gifts into the world. We honor and embrace the feminine and masculine, nature and technology, science and spirit, youth and elders, being and doing.

Here’s a four-minute video of Barbara Marx-Hubbard speaking on conscious evolution:

How do you define consciousness?

What does evolution mean to you?

In what profound ways is your world shifting?

Who do you want to be, moving forward from this moment?

White Rabbit Magick – Joy Gets Her Own Wonderland House

Joy’s new cardboard house

I share my art studio/office/healing and crystal room with my sweet bunny companion, Joy. And now she officially has her own little home that resides within our shared room, compliments of dad. It is a cardboard house she can sleep in and chew all at once with a little cardboard pathway up to it!

She’s like the White Rabbit in her Wonderland magick house now (being that she’s mostly white with gray spotting and back). Our shared space is one that holds a lot of potent energy with every crystal, except for two large ones in the dining room, that I have residing in the space with us where we work and play together.

As I’ve shared before, Joy is quite the healing bunny and loves working with crystals, as well as loves to help mom with Reiki and intuitive sessions – acting as a telepathic channel or conduit/bridge between us and the Spirit world, between Nestor (my dearly departed twin soul) and I, and between Earth and the Otherworlds.

Joy sleeping in her cardboard house

Like Nestor, she loves to also work with Tarot cards and will choose some with her teeth, assist with my painting and gets very excited about them, will channel answers through my pendulum, and when I place either my hand on her or my Third Eye to hers, will channel messages and visions to me to assist myself or to assist in readings I am giving others.

She is definitely a magickal little bunny and rightfully so, deserved her own little magick Wonderland house she can call her own and can simultaneously chew on to work those teeth and nerves (good for rabbits so they don’t chew things that can be both damaging to house or themselves)! It has three stories, with little ramps to each (the top one is the penthouse deck) and several doorways and window openings to make it a perfect bunny tunneling expedition. So far she’s staying grounded at the bottom floor hanging out, napping and chewing her cardboard carpeting.

I love my sweet little Joy and give her a reciprocation of the beautiful love and support she provides me. What a cutie!!!

Healing the Shadow

The light and the dark exist simultaneously

We crave a world of either/or, but the Dream says, Both/and. We build a wall between our social persona and our inner selves; the Dream bids us, Demolish it. We wish to believe we’re separate from one another, but the Dream insists, We are in this together. We are pleased to believe Time is a one-way river from past to present to future, yet the Dream reveals, All three times flow into one. We wish to seek pure virtue and avoid all stain, but the Dream avers, The dark and the light are braided and bound.

~ Marc Barasch, Healing Dreams

Working with the shadow aspect can be both tricky and transformative. To see, acknowledge and embrace the shadow side within, allows you to truly know and reconnect with your true self, while helping you to honor the relationship you have with self, others and the Oneness of All That IS – in essence it reveals your spacial grandeur and cultivates loving empowerment.

At a time when many are making huge shifts in their life, a very important aspect to creating the new in authentic wholeness and harmony with everything, is in reclaiming these shadow aspects of yourself. Mirror work provides powerful perspective as to the inner environment you are trying to shift and reclaim. Accepting and understanding these parts of yourself truly can make a difference in the creation and experience of your reality.

I started this post off with a quote from March Barasch’s book, Healing Dreams, and to continue with the topic of integrating the shadow, I’d like to share some excerpts from his book that provide insightful perspectives that can create powerful change in your life. His book focuses on new methods of dreamwork to unlock mysteries to your greatest potential. However, his chapter on Healing the Shadow, while focusing on shadow dreamwork, holds the same insights and tools that can be used in waking life as well, for what we experience within and without:

People who consider themselves spiritual often equate the good with what is beautiful and harmonious, forgetting that there is such a thing as an ugly truth. An image the ego finds most bitter may be the best medicine for the soul. A friend of mine named Maureen, a spiritual seeker for some forty years, was deeply involved with an esoteric group. “I was trying tremendously hard to follow all the tenets,” she told me, “which said that I was an unawakened person, just a collection of jumbled parts that might someday, if I did everything right, become enlightened.” After a few years on this path, Maureen’s quest for illumination culminated in a powerful dream. One of her teachers appeared in the form of “a majestic clock, so enormous it stretched all the way up into the heavens.” But when she asked to see herself in the dream, to her disgust, “I was shown a steaming turd! This did not help my sense of worthiness.”

She was repulsed and discouraged. It was only months later that she had a sudden insight that yielded a deeper, more affirmative meaning: “I realized the dream was saying my teacher was entirely mechanical, while I had within me the beginnings of organic life.” What had first seemed a dark verdict passed upon her now liberated her to leave the group and find her own path. She had discovered in herself the fertile humus – what the old alchemists called the prima materia, the raw material – that is the very basis of all real growth yet is the despised thing thrown out on the compost heap.

Her story is reminiscent of a Sufi teaching tale of Ibn al-Imad: “One day I was carrying something disgusting in my hands. My companions imagined I was carrying it with the intention of mortifying my soul, because in their eyes I was much too lofty to stoop to carrying such a thing. I replied that it was simply that I saw that God did not disdain to create such a thing. How then was I to disdain to carry it?”

But most of us disdain to carry that part of ourselves we deem most unworthy. Instead, we deny it, project it upon others, pretend it doesn’t exist – anything so as not to feel its coiling presence in our soul. It is as if a bloated corpse had bobbed to the surface of the river of consciousness, and we scramble to marshal our alibis – I wasn’t even there; I had nothing to do with it – despite the fact that now its head, hair still wet, lies upon our sweat-dampened pillow.

…Given its ever-challenging appearance, it is no wonder we are literally scared of our own shadow. We may try to flee, but this rejected other remains at our very heels. Our shadow figures – be they demons, grotesques, low-lifes, wild animals, kidnappers, or killers – are carriers of qualities we need to acknowledge. We apprehend them as destroyers, but they may be deliverers, redressing the imbalance between the ego and the raw powers of life. Without them, we would be doomed to superficiality, to that spiritual consumerism that buys into only what looks flattering in the mirror. Writes the analyst Marie-Louise von Franz: “We need a shadow. The shadow keeps us down to earth, reminds us of our incompleteness, and provides us with complementary traits. We would be very poor indeed if we were only what we imagined ourselves to be.”

The emotionally fraught dynamic between self-image and shadow springs to life in the classic Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde…A more fruitful experiment might have been for the physician to heal himself by absorbing some quality of his hidden sexuality and his anger; to abandon the quest for moral purity and admit to human fallibility. If we cannot “eat” some of our shadow, it will eat us. Ignored it becomes a leech, and finally a monster, gorging on our life’s blood. It is a story we know well from the tabloids – the minister who veighs against greed from the pulpit, then is caught fleecing his flock; the senator who sponsors bills to legislate others’ morality, then is exposed in a tawdry tryst. Denied, the shadow becomes ever more deformed, growing in power, projected irrationally upon others, while its host becomes anemic, a pale reflection of full human potential.

We usually allow ourselves only the most narrow range of options for dealing with our shadow material. We may try to hide it from those around us; diminish it through mockery, deny to ourselves that it even exists; determine, futilely, to battle it to the death; try to outrun it by speeding through life, hoping it will never catch up (though it remains firmly attached to our feet). Ironically, all it may take to come to terms with the shadow is an unprejudiced gaze. We may see, to our surprise, it is not the pure evil we thought it was. The closer we look, the more its seams show and, through them, glimpses of something quite human, merely costumed as a devil.

…In the Tibetan chod ritual, the practitioner conjures up the most terrible demons he can imagine and symbolically offers them his body – limbs, head, and bloody heart – to free himself from dualistic illusions of good and bad, self and other. We may not wish to go that far. But there is always something we can offer our unappeased demons – if not a hand, perhaps just the tip of a pinky – to see what happens. The psychologist Robert Johnson advisises a brief ritual enactment, since the unconscious can scarcely distinguish between real acts and symbolic ones – drawing, dancing, sculpting, or writing a story to acknowledge the shadow; burning something or burying it. He calls this technique “shadow upkeep.” He describes how, when he complained of chronic exhaustion before his lectures, a friend gave him some odd advice: He should go into a private room just before his talk, wad up a dampened towel, and hurl it with all his might at the floor, letting out a shout. Even this small act of deference to his shadow, Johnson said, worked a minor miracle: “When I walked out to the lecture platform, there was fire in my eyes. I had energy and stamina and voice. I did a courteous, well-structured lecture. The shadow backed me, but did not overwhelm me.”

When the shadow approaches us, we usually respond with dismay. We treat it as a derelict demanding a handout, a murderer chasing us down the street, a thief in our house – it wants something from us, maybe even our life. In fact, it is we who need to take something from it; it is because we need it that it comes to us, in ruthless compassion, to be reclaimed. When we feed our demons a little food, we may find that something very peculiar happens – they stop trying to devour us. They may be satiated when we simply acknowledge their existence – and thus, implicitly, our own, for we are nourishing our own soul.

Mirror Reflections: Integrating Spirit and Form

Photo of my new hair cut taken as a mirror reflection

Having recently been going through another major transformation (with a physically manifested, dramatic hair cut among other things) that continues to unfold, I see this theme of renewal, integrative empowerment, inner reflection to reveal authenticity, and trust in what is revealed to manifest outwardly, to be recurring around me – whether conscious or not – embraced or not. People are going through major shifts that are like none they have gone through before. Everything is getting kicked up several notches and when we are able to recognize the beauty of it and flow with the change, rather than fight it, ignore it, or do everything else but honor it, then the magick happens.

We all have different ways to go about things, different things we each have to learn, and different timing, so no one person can tell another how they “should” do something. The most important thing is to do it for yourself – whatever that soul accomplishment is that you are here fulfilling.

If we see someone going through struggles, pain, or even what we may “deem” unnecessary experiences or unproductive, that is simply an observational judgement coming from not being able to see the bigger picture of free will and how each person has and will decide their own ways to learn and evolve. It can be challenging to detach and not want to step in to help in the way we think can help, but the truth of it is, we can only offer to hold an unconditionally loving space and provide energetic support.

It is up to each individual what they choose in each moment and with each choice we have the ability to obtain a higher vibrational frequency, which equates to the measurement of the soul – not to our definitions of time and when and how someone must accomplish something.

We all make judgments daily when we see, hear or experience things and part of our collective journey is moving towards releasing these, as we embrace the holistic concept of Oneness and mastery of our creative and loving potentials.

The more we focus on our own processes and how the authenticity of that collectively connects, simultaneously, the more we start to harness the mastering of creating new realities we desire, without exerting unnecessary energies elsewhere.

I am seeing how every day more and more magick keeps unfolding, the more I go to the depths within to access and embody my truth. This weekend, just after getting my hair cut, I had a very intense experience of that renewing energy, and on that journey I was led to discover a falcon feather. I now have this powerful animal totem symbolism and spirit guide energy/wisdom on my desk with me and am grateful for its gift.

Falcon Wisdom Includes:

  • Assisting in soul healing
  • Accompanying the soul back to the soul world
  • Teaching swiftness
  • Learning the aerobatics of life
  • Controlling speed and movement
  • Understanding magick

Also: Spirit, Light, Power, Focus, Prophecy, Freedom, Aspiration, Intensity, Determination, Visionary Power Leading to Life Purpose, Solar Energy, Rising Above a Situation, Carries Message of Transition and Change, Taking Action on Something You’re Passionate About

Very synchronous for my current experiences and energetic symbolism 🙂

All of these themes that I see/feel around led me today to pick up my book by Shakti Gawain (which I like to do now and then) and open to a page to see if there is a message to impart. And what I opened to, energetically aligned with what I was wanting to share and so I’d like to leave you with passages from her insightful book, “Living in the Light ~ A Guide to Personal and Planetary Transformation” to ponder:

“The trickiest part of using the mirror process is learning how to interpret the reflection you see…It will not help to analyze and think about it with your rational mind. It is far more effective to turn to your inner self, to ask the universe for help…As you tune into your gut feeling and get a sense of what feels right in the moment, act on this feeling.

After acting on the feeling, try to be aware of the external and internal feedback from your actions. The external feedback is how well things work. Do things seem to fall into place and work easily? Then you’re surely in tune with your inner guidance. If you’re struggling to do something that doesn’t happen easily, it’s a message to let go and check back in to find out what you really want to be doing.

Internal feedback will come to you as feelings. If you feel empowered, more alive, then it’s right. The ultimate key is aliveness. The more the universe moves through you, the more alive you feel. Conversely, every time you don’t follow your inner guidance you feel a loss of energy, loss of power, a sense of spiritual deadness.

In being true to yourself you will feel more alive, but you may also feel uncomfortable. This is because you are risking change! As you undergo certain changes you may experience intense emotions. Allow these emotions expression; after all, your inner voice has to move through years of accumulated unconsciousness, doubt, and fear. So simply let these feelings come up and flush through you – they are being cleaned out and healed by the light.

External feedback may also mirror these feelings; your doubts and fears will often be reflected in the reactions of those around you. If your friends and family question or judge the changes in you, recognize that they are simply mirroring doubting, fearful voices in you, such as, “What if I’m doing the wrong thing? Can I really trust this process?”

…The important thing is to recognize that you are really dealing with your inner fears. Affirm that you are learning to trust yourself more and more. You will be amazed to see how others immediately mirror your increasing self-trust and confidence by responding to you with trust and confidence.

Remember:

If you judge and criticize yourself, others will judge and criticize you.

If you hurt yourself, others will hurt you.

If you lie to yourself, others will lie to you.

If you are irresponsible to yourself, others will be irresponsible in relation to you.

If you blame yourself, others will blame you.

If you do violence to yourself emotionally, others will do violence to you emotionally, or even physically.

If you don’t listen to your feelings, no one will listen to your feelings/

If you love yourself, others will love you.

If you respect yourself, others will respect you.

If you trust yourself, others will trust you.

If you are honest with yourself, others will be honest with you.

If you are gentle and compassionate with yourself, others will treat you with compassion.

If you appreciate yourself, others will appreciate you.

If you honor yourself, others will honor you.

If you enjoy yourself, others will enjoy you.

It’s very important to realize that you may not be able to change your old patterns overnight…It takes time for ego to change its habits, so you have to watch the same lousy movie repeat itself a few times.

…Change happens not by trying to make yourself change, but by becoming conscious of what’s not working. You can then ask your higher self for help in releasing the old and bringing in the new pattern. Remember, the darkest hour is just before the dawn – change often occurs just when you’ve given up, or when you least expect it.

…We, as spiritual beings, created the physical world as a place to learn. It’s our school, our playground, our artist’s studio. I believe that we’re here to master the process of creation – to learn how to consciously channel the creative energy of spirit into physical form…

After we are born into the body, we forget who we really are and why we came here. We take on the “survival” consciousness of the physical world and we get lost in the world of form. We forget our spirits, believing we are just our personalities. We lose touch with our true power and feel lost and helpless. Life becomes a tremendous struggle to find meaning and satisfaction.

…Eventually we realize that it’s not working: no matter what we do in the world, we don’t find happiness…This is usually a painful and frightening place in a person’s life – it feels like hitting bottom. It is a time of ego death, when the body mind form recognizes the hopelessness of trying to live this way and surrenders its fight…

But the darkest hour is truly just before the dawn. When we finally give up the struggle to find fulfillment “out there,” we have nowhere to go but within. It is at this moment of total surrender that the light begins to dawn. We expect to hit bottom, but instead we fall through a trap door into a bright new world. We’ve rediscovered the world of our spirit.

This is like being reborn. We are infants in this new world and have no idea how to live since none of our old ways work here. We feel uncertain and out of control because our ego is not in control anymore. Yet hope is reborn with us, and power and vision start to come through. From this point we become gradually more “enlightened.”

…So here we have the dilemma in which we all currently find ourselves – a great discrepancy between our spirit and our form. The spirit is very powerful and creative and has a lot of things it would like to do to express itself in the physical world, but it needs to have the form as a vehicle in which to do it. The form is willing but isn’t yet able to go where the spirit wants to go. It has to be educated and transformed through the power and wisdom of the spirit.

…In order to create the new world, we are being challenged to move back into the world of form with full spiritual awareness. We need to recognize the discrepancy between our spirit and our form and then allow the spirit to transform the physical body, the mind, and the personality into a powerful and beautiful channel through which it can fully express itself.”

Harmony ~ Our New Enchanting Spirit Quartz with Citrine Pendant

I really love today’s new Joyful Earth Crystals addition ~ Harmony. She is such an enchanting and lovely piece that I hand-selected when I found my Twin Energy Spirit Quartz and Allison did such a lovely job capturing her spiraling energy in elegant simplicity with her pendant design.

Harmony is a beautiful, single-pointed Spirit Quartz that is ice lilac in color, infused with spiraling golden Citrine clusters all around, which brings a melding of both crystals’ energies together.

Spirit Quartz is an enchanting crystal also known as Cactus Quartz, Faerie Quartz and Pineapple Quartz. This Spirit Quartz has Citrine embedded in it, which is more rare to find and adds the properties of Citrine to its energy.

I really love this magickal piece. She is even more beautiful both aesthetically and energetically, in person. If it weren’t that Allison is designing my Twin Energy Spirit Quartz as a pendant for me, I’d snatch this lovely one up myself.

Having one point she is singularly very focused and yet with all of the beautiful sparkly clusters surrounding her point, she emanates that focused energy in a spiraling effect that is like a beacon of light. So amazing!

She is available in our Joyful Earth Crystals Etsy Shop at this link: Harmony – Spirit Quartz where you will also find more photos and information about her energetic properties she will bring into, and enhance in, your life.

If you have any questions or custom requests for jewelry commissions or individual crystal procurement you can contact either allison@taniamarie.com or myself at tania@taniamarie.com.

Harmony is available at the new $111 price, like the rest of our discounted-price crystal pendants. Prints Now Available of the First 5 Paintings of Universal ARKitecture – Plus, Once in a Blue Moon Revealed for the First Time

As I mentioned a week ago, I completed the 5th painting in my new series, Universal ARKitecture, called Once in a Blue Moon and this felt like the first cycle of energetic closure in the series before embarking on the the next cycles within the 28 pieces still to come! (there will be 33 in all).

These new pieces are VERY precious channelings that I so enjoy creating. I look forward to the rest that will emerge in their synchronous unfolding, and the energy they will each have to share.

For those who have been inquiring, I’m so excited to announce that prints are finally available! Yay! AND, for the first time I am able to provide professional, vibrant and clear images of the paintings that have never before been seen, which will provide much more to the experience of them now that they’ve been captured with clarity. This will also be the first time that Once in a Blue Moon has been revealed and I felt it appropriate to do so when all five were ready as a group to launch together. The first four I blogged on over the months, as they each came into manifestation. You can search them by name in the blog if you want to read about any of them again.

As always, the in-person experience is a whole other thing, but these images are sure to evoke an energy shift nonetheless, in viewing them.

Personal observational note that just clicked: Since this is the first time I’ve seen them all together in one place on-screen as well, it was the first time I saw something symbolic about them and why doing the first 5 feels like the first cycle of closure. For those that remember my In Lak’ech series, you will recall that they represent each of the 5 elements – Fire, Earth, Air, Water, and Spirit. As I viewed these first new 5 together it suddenly hit me that energetically they also resonate with the elements in a way, in a slightly different order – Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Spirit. Although they each clearly could have overlapping elements in each, this could also be a new energetic vibration of the elements channeling through for 2012. Very cool and fun to explore the meanings! Especially if you realize the symbolism shifts between both sets. 🙂 And very interesting that the only element that remained in its original #5 placement is Spirit, which both have the rabbit symbolism and Nestor in them. The other elements reversed order in groups of two – Earth and Fire switched places and Water and Air switched places.

To view the print options available for each painting, and to order, please view them here on my website. Originals also available:

If you have any questions about them, you may email your inquiries to me at tania@taniamarie.com

I’m excited to introduce the first five paintings in the series together, in the order they were channeled:
