3 People Have Opportunity to Receive a FREE Reiki Healing Attunement Each Month ~ Actively Integrating Your Experience
This morning I woke up with intuitive guidance to present a gift of service that supports integrative healing. I dedicate my life to sharing from my heart, seeds to support souls to come more into their fullness in gentle and subtle ways that create a more authentic and invigorated way of living from passionate truth. In essence, inspirations to mirror the wholeness you are and the reminder of your highest potentials from the source of love that is innately you. In so doing, this harmony and grounded balance you embody more from within, then reflects without.
Between my Facebook pages and blog, I daily invest my heart energy into this sharing for whom ever might be listening and for whom ever may be ready to courageously step into a new way of experience.
The gift I am going to offer will be monthly through the end of this year, unless no one actively participates, and will start with this month.
I receive a lot of beautiful comments and messages from people about how the posts affect them, and I’m curious as to how the effects received, translate into tangible and integrated experiences.
So my offer is this:
Each month, on the last day of the month, I will gather all entries. Three people will be chosen from these to receive a FREE Reiki Healing Attunement from me, that will energetically focus on any intents you desire on any level. A Reiki Healing Attunement amplifies the energy available for healing and helps dissolve any energetic resistance and blocks, so the Reiki energy can work more quickly and more deeply to promote growth and integrative healing, as well as aid the creation and alignment for manifestations to take place. Like with anything, the more of an active role in partnership you meet the process with, the more you will experience as a result.
This is a $55 value gifted to you. So in total I will be gifting $165 worth of services each month along with the posts I share daily.
How Can I Enter?
If you follow my posts already on either my blog: https://taniamarieartist.wordpress.com or Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/taniamarieartist then you simply need to keep aware of the posts that I share and make note of which one or ones in particular that month really hit home for you in some way – maybe it provided a new perspective, really helped you that day or month, shifted your experience, or supported something you’d been asking and found it to be an answer…however it may be, when you do find a post that makes an impact in some way for you during that particular month, I’d like to hear about it with a brief statement of why or how that particular post moved you and what you “actively” did or changed in your life that made a difference, as a result.
You then message me at email@example.com with the title of the post or copy and paste the post, with a brief commentary on why and, again, what you “actively” shifted and integrated that has resulted in changes for you.
The point of this is to stress “taking active charge and putting into practice” the things we learn, rather than just feeling good in the moment we read or hear something that makes sense to us and adding it to our mental library shelf where it sits collecting dust.
It is a way you can be accountable in your life for “walking the walk” and consistently practicing what you believe. It may also be a way for you to be more pro-active in your life and consciously commit yourself to be present with your experiences and put things to work for you. I find that writing can also solidify and help move the energy through in the sharing process. It could become a way to gauge/document how much you DO actually change (as you can reflect on you before and now) so you can acknowledge, honor, and be grateful to yourself for the courageous steps you have taken.
And in honor of your courage to do so, I will gift you supportive energy to aid the process of the change you are facilitating.
If you don’t already follow my blog or posts on my facebook page, then if this personal challenge and offering speaks to you, you may desire to start following them. In which case you can either sign up for email notifications of my blog posts or simply follow my blog. And on facebook you can start following my page by hitting the “like” button to receive notifications of my posts. I post both my blog and additional inspirations on my facebook page daily.

How Will The Three People Be Chosen?
At first I thought random drawing would be the way to decipher the recipients from the email messages I receive, but I don’t feel that is aligned with the commitment of this process. So instead, I am guided to choose them based on the content of the message in terms of the impact you experience and the changes you start implementing. All being relative to each person. So they are not compared as better or bigger than another person’s experiences, but based on the individual’s own experience and shifts. So, it is important that you invest your heart into the process, if you desire to be part of it.
When Will The Recipients Be Announced?
I will announce the three people who will receive the FREE Reiki Healing Attunement on the 1st of each month. So the first round will take place on Tuesday, October 1st for the month of September’s posts. You will be contacted via email, as well as announced here on my blog, at which time I will set up a time with you and gather your focus for your Reiki Healing Attunement to take place. You can only enter once per month, but have the ability to win as many times as your entries reflect.
If you have any questions, you can contact me. And if you are ready to embark on this personal challenge, then perhaps you may want to review September’s posts, sign up or start following one or both of my links, and if you already have a favorite and a story to share, go ahead and message it to me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I must add that I finished writing this post at 1:11. 😉
Gentle Integration for the Courageous – Reiki & Other Frequency-Shifting Processes Can Make the Difference
When I see and feel people go through really powerful releases and shifts with such ease and grace, like in yesterday’s Reiki session with a client, it reminds me of why I love Reiki so much and why courageous accountability can increase the effects tenfold.
What I love about Reiki is how it is a truth-seeker that penetrates to the core source and works on ALL levels, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, which I feel is so important in terms of the integrated healing I speak about so often as being integral to truly creating eternal depth to the new we are creating.
It is no wonder that Reiki was the modality that spoke to me most to incorporate into my life and infuse into the instinctual practices I already do, as not only is it so easy for anyone to work with and powerfully gentle (mirroring the current frequency of experience), but it is already something we are naturally attuned to at the Source of our Beingness, since Reiki IS the Universal Life Force Energy from which everything IS.
The old world is slow because of separation, gaps, and fear. The new world is fast because of interconnection. As we approach unity, life is more instantaneous. Our lives work by new rules based on the speed of the present moment. Shifting out of negativity and stuckness is often a matter of not exerting the old forceful willpower but “choosing what’s choosing you.” ~Penney Peirce
The gentle, the natural, the unconditionally loving, the integrative, and harmonious…these are elements I find to be of importance in terms of evolutionary processes of the new reality. But along with letting go of a grueling process, you must also let go of beliefs in it, as well as self-sabotaging stubborn ideas.
When fine-tuned and fully embraced, the more gentle processes can shift what once used to be an ordeal, into an epiphany of release. That isn’t to mean there won’t be a deep level of commitment needed, but if you’re real with yourself you can make the process more like sands slipping through the hourglass once you’ve flipped the perspective.
I’ve written several posts on the importance of integrative and grounded healing, being honest with yourself, allowing your feelings to move through you, and fully embodying the concepts into authentic experience. I believe there are a variety of ways one can go about this, but do find that processes that work on an energetic and feeling resonance level, getting us back in touch with our authenticity, to be powerfully transformative.
Ways that shift things with the vibrational frequency in a natural cycling way that mirrors a return to natural harmony and innate wholeness, are my choice go-to’s.
Sometimes it is the subtle frequency shifts and perspectives that can make a difference when you think you’ve done all that you think you can do. And it’s the allowing of truth and flow to take place, so that all the fear blockages can release into fullness of authenticity. Energy work, sound healing, music, encoded symbolism, crystals, aligning with nature, movement, feeling, intimacy of experiencing and expression, honest reflection, allowing…I find to all be so powerful and transmutational.
For emotional healing to prevail, we must enter fully into whatever is left unprocessed and ride it all the way through until the pent-up energy is drained off the issue. Then, it is finished, never to command your attention or psychic energy again. ~Jacquelyne Small
Life is a process of becoming, a combination of states we have to go through. Where people fail is that they wish to elect a state and remain in it. This is a kind of death. ~Anais Nin
When you become an active, willing, open, honest, accountable, and responsible partner in your journey, this is what will make the difference with any process you choose. I can see how this reflects in the Reiki sessions that I support clients with. The clients that truly are ready and courageously embrace the process on all levels, are the ones who experience the greatest and quickest results.
It’s not that there is any time-frame, other than the one YOU desire and YOU choose, nor is there a better or worse scenario.
However, if you truly want change, you WILL need to choose to BE that change in what ever way YOU are asking of YOURSELF to shift. You will need to ACTIVELY and HONESTLY cross the bridges of your fears into the love of yourself that awaits your embrace.
This Mantra and video felt aligned with today’s post. So here is my very favorite Deva Premal sacred piece offering a beautiful version of the Mantra that helps clear past, present and future, which was yesterday’s (the 9th) in the 21-Day Mantra Meditation. Let the visuals and resonance take you on an integrative healing journey.
The Mantra is:
Aad guray nameh
Jugaad guray nameh
Sat guray nameh
Siri guray deveh nameh
I bow to the Primal Guru.
I bow to Eternal Truth.
I bow to True Wisdom.
I bow to Great Divine Wisdom.
Inner Tuning: Guru means that which brings us from darkness (GU) to light (RU). As I chant this mantra, I invoke the protective energy of the universe, and celebrate new beginnings, both inner and outer.
Full Moons are times of illumination, revelation, and provide insightful opportunity for integrative healing. It is also a time to receive from the cosmic elixir of life and great for doing anything that supports your openness to that receiving. You may find yourself wanting to be still and going within to experience the fullness of your emotions and what they have to share. You may discover that movement, music, and dance help to feel into your body and move the energy through. Spending time in nature, creating, making art of any kind, going deeper into healing practices or into more intimate relationships with yourself and others will perhaps call to you at this time – all of this providing inspiration, insights, and epiphanies to revealing answers and dreams.
The Harvest Moon is when, as they say, we separate the wheat from the chaff of the year – meaning a time to sort through your life and realize what is important and what isn’t, releasing and cultivating in direct relation. The Harvest Moon is also a most powerful time for creating the mirror of the unseen realms by reflecting this in practically manifested and beneficial effects into the world.
This is a good time to see and celebrate everything in your life – the responsibilities and the challenges that have supported your evolution – as freeing rather than burdening. To be grateful and to become committed to being fully responsible for all of your choices that shape the life you live.
So what does this Pisces Full Moon energy enhance in our experiences?
Pisces is a boundless sign that is deeply in tune with the primordial and subconscious waters of our emotional experiences. The two fish teach us to become one with everything, as this is the reality of our experience whether we choose to embrace it or not – in essence helping us to transcend duality. And so we are guided by Pisces to merge with the collective into a realm of fluid, instinctual wisdom.
Pisces naturally dwells in the 12th and final house of the zodiac – the house of undoings – that brings us in touch with everything unconscious in order to overcome the self-imposed limitations and transmute them into our gifts of natural and imaginative creativity, inspiration, intuition, and love of change. Pisces brings us in touch, also, with our true spirituality and the natural compassion and wisdom of heart that is innately our Source.
The trick is not to get lost in the watery abyss of Pisces energy that empathically feels all and then without boundaries, can have tendency to escape into a world of fantasy, dependency, and delusion because practical abilities of bringing the inspirations into full action is difficult. The energy surrounding a Pisces Full Moon can be challenging because of this and so it’s important to stay present with ourselves so we can become aware of the ways we avoid or self-indulge in order to not have to be responsible in our lives.
However, at this Full Moon time there is the earthy stability and groundedness that Sun in Virgo brings in partnership to this dance, which provides the ability to manifest all of the beauty and creative inspiration Pisces infuses us with. So in essence, this Full Moon supports the next step in our evolution of experience wherein we have opportunity to bring forth the consciousness of our Divinity into actualization on the physical plane.
“Pisces is the sign of the Source, the Great Mother of all, the original ocean of Life. Like the twin fishes pulled in opposite directions and yet tied together, Pisces’ archetypal energy shows us how we can transcend duality. We are infinite and yet just a drop in the ocean of infinity; we are unique individuals and yet part of all humanity. We are one. At this full Moon, the Piscean waters flow into good Virgoean earth to create wholeness.” ~Cathy Pagano
With the feminine Water and Earth signs being the focus, we find the qualities of the feminine coming to forefront at this time in all areas of experience to include a time for acute receptivity, abundance and gentle nourishment, cooperative support, integrated practicality, fertile ideas and flowing creative energy, as well as interdependent reciprocity.
There are other astrological aspects going on at this time as well, including the final of three sextiles taking place, a Grand Trine in Earth signs, and Pluto going direct after long periods of retrograde time, all of which really support the message of our need to let go of EVERYTHING no longer serving us and all fear-based patterns. It’s time to lighten the old load and open the heart to new. The feminine Earth energy will assist bringing all of the fluffiness down into integrated grounding.
Regardless of knowing these aspects or not, you can pretty much feel into the energy that is abound and where they are pointing to in your life, both personally and collectively. That’s why it’s not really important to know the specifics, although they will reiterate what you are sensing and help to pinpoint things you may be avoiding or needing extra insightful nudges on, but what IS important is to allow yourself to “feel” and then you will naturally be in tune with the aspects as a way of conscious life experience.
We also happen to just be a few days away from September 22nd’s Autumn/Fall Equinox for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere – a time not only of the fastest sunsets, but for honoring and giving thanks for the source of life-giving (Sun), as we receive the abundance of what we have prepared for with the work we have done. I love how the Equinox takes place at exactly 4:44 on the 22nd – a time for supported restoration of balance.
Abundant creative manifesting to you!
This is really awesome. The best strip, in my opinion, that I’ve seen. Thanks to my friend and Reiki student, Paul Walters, for sharing it. Hope you enjoy the thought-provoking and mind-expanding journey it will take you on that explores the topic of questions vs. answers. Love this.
You can read it in its entirety here:
Another sacred tattoo journey births into being. I had A LOT of fun creating this piece and enjoyed being able to work with the Egyptian energy again, for part of it, as that is rich in my own soul history.
This is one of those times I was given creative freedom and liberty to fully channel from that connective heart space of tapping in to the energy received and how it wants to manifest. I was also given a whole back as my canvas to work with.
The original of this drawing is done to scale and is quite large (stretching into a space of 20″ long, 13″+ across at top and 11″ across at bottom) and will fill most of my client’s back. We may integrate more into it down the road, or flowingly extend into her sides as her journey of evolution continues.
But for now, I tapped into what was most supportive and empowering for where she currently is in life.
There are always so many elements intertwined in these soul tapestries that are created. I felt into the things that were shared and then intuitionally pulled from this, the things that felt most important at this time, along with some new elements that came into awareness through the tuning in phase of the process. It was so fun to hear how the parts I intuited, had a tangible experiential connection and stories that were shared with me after I presented the piece to my lovely client.
And of course, as with the designs I co-create, there is a visual story layered in symbolism – more than I can even describe. These designs act as portals, as well as are sacred ingredients for the recipe of soul integration and wholeness.
I will share the basics of the elements and symbolism involved (gathered from several resources and myself) for anyone wanting to know more meaning on these. I find people enjoy knowing how these elements are much more than simply images and things they may have found pretty, or that they were drawn to, but not ever really knowing why.
The Goddess Isis: Her main roles are Mother and Fertility Goddess and Goddess of Magic and Healing. She was a great magician. The titles: Great Goddess, The Divine One and The One Who is All are a testament to the power and appeal of this Egyptian Goddess. She was described as the Goddess of Magic, Great Lady of Magic and Lady of the Words of Power. This was in recognition of her magical gifts and understanding of power of magical words. Together with Osiris she ruled the Gods. Isis was called the Mother of Life, but she was also known as the Crone of Death. Her immense powers earned her the titles of “The Giver of Life” and “Goddess of Magic”. Her best known story illustrates why she is simultaneously known as a creation goddess and a goddess of destruction. As the personification of the “complete female”, Isis was called “The One Who Is All”, Isis Panthea (“Isis the All Goddess”), and the “Lady of Ten Thousand Names”. The goddess Isis, a moon goddess and goddess of rebirth, gave birth to Horus, the god of the sun. Together, Isis and Horus created and sustained all life and were the saviors of their people. The ancient Egyptian goddess Isis has many gifts to share with modern women. Isis embodies the strengths of the feminine, the capacity to feel deeply about relationships, the act of creation, and the source of sustenance and protection. At times Isis could be a clever trickster empowered by her feminine wiles rather than her logic or brute strength, but it is also the goddess Isis who shows us how we can use our personal gifts to create the life we desire rather than simply opposing that which we do not like. The myths of Isis and Osiris caution us about the need for occasional renewal and reconnection in our relationships. Isis also reminds us to acknowledge and accept the depths of our emotions.
Dragonfly: The Dragonfly symbolizes prosperity, good luck, strength, peace, harmony, purity, but also change, change of perspective, going beyond the surface to the deeper meanings of life, power, poise, maturity, elegance, grace, defeat of self-created illusions, clear vision into the realities of life, discovery of your own abilities and your true self, removal of doubts, self-discovery, removal of inhibitions, living in the moment, living to the fullest, and ability to see beyond human limitations. I created the Dragonfly as a mixture of magickal and organic to be that energy of Divinity within the Human Temple Body where physical and spiritual meet, and created it in a more flowy quality to bring in that femininity and natural elegance.
The Goddess Bast: Egyptian goddess of sensual pleasure, protector of the household, bringer of health, and the guardian saint of firefighters — she was the original mistress of multi-tasking. Also called Bastet or Basthet, the goddess Bast is widely known today as the “Cat Goddess”. Legend has it that, by day, Bast would ride through the sky with her father, the sun god Ra, his boat pulling the sun through the sky. Ever watchful, she protected Ra from his enemies. Thus she became known as the Lady of the East, the Goddess of the Rising Sun, and The Sacred and All-Seeing Eye.But by night, she was a different creature entirely! Bast transformed herself into a cat (renowned for its superb night vision) to guard her father from Apep (also known as Apophis), a serpent who was her father’s greatest enemy. Ra’s priests burned wax models of the snake and wrote his name with green ink, trying to put a “hex” on him — but to no avail. Finally, with her cat eyes shining in the dark, she managed to kill the evil serpent. Credited with killing the vile Apep, the goddess Bast ensured the warmth of the sun would continue to bless the delta of the Nile with fertile soil and abundant crops and was honored as a goddess of fertility. Because of her all-seeing sacred eye (called the utchat) that magically saw through the dark, Bast is one of the few sun goddesses that is also classified as a moon goddess, with her glowing cat’s eye reminding us of the moon that it reflects. She holds the title of Goddess of protection. In this role she became Goddess of the rising sun and holder of the Utchat, the all seeing eye of Horus. Statues of this Goddess would be placed in households to protect them from thieves. In the Book of the Dead she is mentioned as destroying the bodies of the deceased, with the royal flame, if they failed the judgment hall of Maat. Later she was depicted with the head of a domestic cat, representing her more nurturing aspects. Woman of the time would buy amulets of this Goddess illustated with different numbers of kittens, representing the number of children they wished to have. The links to fertility and childbirth were further strengthened by the Greeks. They likened this Goddess to Artemis and she also became associated with the moon and children. As a cat Goddess she also protected houses from rats and snakes and so ensured the health of the occupants. The Goddess was linked to the music and dance due to the special rattle that she carried known as the Sistrum. The rattles were used to celebrate her festivals. She was connected with perfumes as she shares a hieroglyph with that which represented the bas jar. These were ceramic vessels used to hold expensive perfumes. A Patron Goddess of fire fighters due to the Egyptian belief that if a cat ran through a burning household she would draw the flames out behind her. The Egyptian goddess Bast reminds us of all that is feline and feminine. Her gifts, very cat-like in nature, include the refusal to be at everyone’s beck and call and an insistence on the freedom of expression. She teaches us to relax and never waste energy, reminding us to luxuriate in beauty, perfume, and to sway in graceful movement. Bast refuses to take anything too seriously. But most importantly, Bast leads us to accept the true nature of things (ourselves included) and helps us remain unswayed by the opinion of others. Curled up like a cat lying in the sun, the goddess Bast foms a complete circle – a symbol of the eternal.
The Eye of Horus/Thoth (as Bast’s eye): an ancient Egyptian symbol of protection, royal power and good health. It is also known as ”The Eye of Ra”. It has great healing and protective powers. The Eye of Horus represents a sign of power given to the wearer by the gods of the time. It can also be a symbol that you are protected from harm by the god represented in the eye. The Egyptian word for this symbol is Wadjet, which literally translated means god or goddess. Horus himself was the falcon headed Egyptian god that originally represented the sky, but also came to be recognized as the sun and moon god as well. His right eye was associated with the sun god, Ra. The eye symbol represents the marking around the eye of the falcon, including the “teardrop” marking sometimes found below the eye. The mirror image, or left eye, sometimes represented the moon and the god Thoth. The eye of Horus was often used to symbolize sacrifice, healing, restoration, and protection.
Elephant: Marveled by the Chinese, Indians and Africans as the most auspicious symbol from the animal kingdom embodying strength, dignity, virility, fertility, prudence, wisdom and intelligence, the elephant is worshipped and honored, sacred and loved. In Buddhism, the elephant is one of the eight precious holy animals and the India God Ganesha (remover of obstacles) is pictured as having the head of an elephant – signs of revered greatness. In Feng Shui, the Elephant is considered a sacred symbol. Although it is often used to symbolize power, wisdom, strength and fertility, it can also be used to symbolize longevity and success. It can act as the grantor of wishes and as the protector of the household. For most feng shui applications, the elephants are usually depicted with the trunk up, as this symbolizes the showering of good luck, prosperity and victory. Elephant Wisdom: Strength, Royalty, Connection to ancient wisdom, Removal of obstacles and barriers, Confidence, Patience, Using education opportunities
Tiger: Power, Energy, Vitality, Health, Royalty, Protection, Generosity, Illumination, Unpredictability…Tigers are considered a yang energy, and are also a solar animal which associates them with symbolisms of the sun, summer and fire. In ancient Chinese myth there are five tigers that hold the balance of cosmic forces in place and prevent chaos from collapsing into the universe. The primary meaning of the tiger spirit animal is willpower, personal strength and courage – ability to overcome obstacles and fears, your personal power, strong positive expression of your sensuality, helps you to be aware of your aggression, shadow or part of you that you would normally try to hide or reject, unpredictability in life, actions or feelings. Tiger helps you to learn how to deal with strong emotions that once felt threatening, but are becoming more and more manageable.
Lotus: The Lotus is a powerful and ancient image symbolizes harmony, spiritual illumination and unlimited potential. The lotus is a type of water lily which rises from the sludge of muddy waters and opens into a beautiful flower. It is often used as a mandala, or circular symbol, but any way you use the Lotus in a spiritual practice, it will provide a resonant field that reinforces the concept of resurrection. Human mistakes and challenges are the fertilizer for brilliance and awakened creation as the Lotus shows us. Born in the murkiest of ponds, Lotus still emerges pure. Use the Lotus as a reminder that “this, too, shall pass.” Be assured that all fertilizer nurtures a beautiful new life. In the greater world, Lotus is a peaceful cosmic beacon for forgiveness, gratitude and compassion to prevail where the sludge of conflict has resided. Using this symbol on water invites a balance between humility and pride.
Heart: the source of the most powerful energy – unconditional love and compassion that helps to integrate, balance, and create harmony within all experiences
Spiral: symbol of creation, movement, fluidity, surrender/releasing, holistic growth, and awareness of the one within the context of the whole. It reveals the cyclical nature of life, the consciousness of nature from core center expanding outward, and the relationship between unity and multiplicity. It is the limitless spirals that move both “inward towards the Source of creation and eternally outward with Source’s continual self-creation.” In this way, the spiral reflects the contiguous journey home to who you really are and the journey to be one with Source.
Portal energy vortexes: doorways or gateways to access new dimensional experiences. The swirling energy also mirrors the spiral energy and the spiraling of the Chakras when they are in flow, unobstructed – a good example for how to flow with life naturally.
Some connections with it all, but there is more than I can share:
Isis came to me immediately for this particular client, feeling there was a strong Egyptian tie from past lives and the sense of her being a priestess of Isis. So this felt like an important aspect to bring into the mix. Isis to me not only represents an aspect of her in her highest and wholeness, but holds the space for her to continue that evolutionary journey, integrate soul gifts into the now, as well as supports the process and enchants with her magic along the way. Her wings are not only of the nurturing aspects within my client to mother others, be of service, etc., but to take care of herself and mirror her intents towards helping others. The wings also double to me as an angel and therefore represent the angel energy she so resonates with and has around her always, guiding, protecting and watching over her.
I have surrounded Isis with many of the magic animal spirit guides connected to my client and that hold a wisdom and power for her life. The also represent her love for and connection to animals in general, and the connectiveness of all living creatures on earth. In one wing she gently cradles an elephant with trunk raised (for good luck) and gently also nuzzling her neck in reciprocation. This depicts her being of service in greater ways and of course the elephant holds the energy explained above. I love that her delicate wings shows that there is strength in tenderness, vulnerability, and grace, as it is able to support the very powerful and substantial elephant. And the elephant shares his trust knowing he is supported by her and therefore these qualities are available for the soul who wears this as her spiritual skin.
Her other wing she opens, revealing her heart energy spiraling and emanating outward from which a magickal dragonfly emerges, carrying its messages as shared above, and represents her coming into and living to her fullest. Isis’ wing also opens revealing her magickal healing energy that emerges into the spiraling portal vortex from which she can create from her intents into manifestation. This portal will sit at the higher heart area (between throat and heart) empowering it.
To her right sits the Goddess Bast enraptured by the dragonfly and shares an innocence and “joy for life” energy that is playful and youthful, despite all of the wisdom and power that these symbols all represent and despite all of the challenges and hardships that may have otherwise hardened her. This also is stemming from the heart energy, bringing forth that vulnerability mixed with strength. Bast here not only represents the energy as shared above, but came through to also represent the beautiful cat companion she has in her life, named Raseya. This was another immediate intuitive hit to have Bast. And when I learned of Bast’s father being the sun god Ra, I knew instantly why. Ra is part of Raseya’s name and also so closely tied to the special friend, Ras, from whom Raseya was named after and came from. Seemed very appropriate that Raseya is coming through as Bast in this piece, as her familiar from beyond just this life, who is providing so much to her in support. Seemed fitting to have her in this aspect, as part of the guidance and protection that is empowering her life, as well as having Bast as a part of her own energy to access.
She of course has the Eye of Horus, but in this case, it being the left eye, is really the Eye of Thoth to many and represents this great alchemist, hence providing the doorway to her own personal alchemy to create what she desires.
There is an opened lotus and a lotus bud at the bottom in the second chakra area, which represents aspects of her and her journey – coming into her fullness and the continual evolution of birthing and cycling into new aspects of herself and her experience. I added its stems and the roots turning into another whirling portal vortex at the base, which not only anchor a very integrative energy of this lower chakra in balance with opening the upper one, but of course the roots and lotus story – coming from the depths of the murky waters and mud, sharing how my client has risen above and out of the darkness and will continue to do so and always come into the light. This reminds her to trust she will always be ok. The roots also anchor her into the lower chakra and Earth chakra.
And to the left, lies a powerful tiger amidst the lotus leaves in this second chakra area as well, in a more restful and vulnerable state, demonstrating that strength in vulnerability, but also ready and alert, able to take on whatever comes and isn’t taken by surprise as all senses are still and focused. In this second chakra area he helps her to manage emotions, her sensual aspects, and bringing this through her creative power in a focused and strengthened way. He helps to tune in to feelings, senses, and instincts, and embrace all parts of herself, including the shadows, and then integrating them in productive ways. The tiger also assists in creating more independence and liberation from sense of duty and responsibility, bringing it back to the responsibility of her path to keep focused on.
The whole energy of the piece moves in a flow from left to right, to left and then again back to right, creating a sublet “s” shape and like that spiraling up of the serpent and kundalini energy. All of the beings are looking up, while the dragonfly looks down and the tiger stabilizes at center focus. This provides all seeing in and anchors in presence of as above, so below.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to be able to support others with the gift of these channeled and sensory-encoded, frequency-shifting “spiritual skin” portals.

I just got home from a beautiful day with my dad, of which we concluded with walking on my favorite magickal beach. My dad hasn’t had his feet in the sand and water for 14 years! I felt it would be so healing and invigorating to his soul, as he loves the ocean, nature, and the Earth. It was so precious to watch him enjoying the connecting time with Mother Earth. And just as we were ending our walk a big pod of whales started breaching and spouting left and right. First time I see whales here and so close. After, while driving, a song came on that is a message from my Great Grand Mother – his Grandmother – whom we both loved very much. I got chills knowing she was smiling down upon us and blessing the day – feeling even the whales were a gift for a day that meant more than I can express. Getting home, I found this beautiful video and song posted by my dear friend, Laura Bruno. It felt so perfectly mirroring of this day. Thank you. My heart is overflowing with love ❤
I’ve consistently been receiving information that something is missing from a lot of what I’m experiencing from others out there. This is a constant message that comes through and is what I have been discussing with close colleague, and touching upon in conversations and classes. I’ve also been sharing snippets in my posts and likely will continue to expand and reiterate this topic, as it feels so important to me to share.
The theme is around really living the ideas, not just talking about it, being able to throw out intellectually grand metaphysical explanations and “key” words, or inadvertently pretending to live it.
What I share may not be mainstream thought in the spiritual realm, but I have to share what I am feeling and experiencing. And given that I have my own 25 + years of experience in this realm, I do recognize the traps and the processes, since I have gone through them myself.
So, what I’ve been observing, feeling, and hearing from people is a lot of all the “so-called right words”, (and this comes from some of both spiritual leaders and the New Age community) but on an authentic energetic level, which is where my heart immediately pierces through to, I can feel there is simply something missing. The consistency and depth is lost in translation and staying stuck on the surface. People are looking like and talking the information, and even have moments of bliss, but it’s a bliss that seems to be more induced or trance-like, rather than in full conscious and deepened embodiment.
The mental faculties of concepts are all there and the fast forwarding to a Unity consciousness too, but the core foundation and deepening of this into integrated fullness is lacking. Therefore, this is also why many New Agers are unable to fully manifest and instead spend a lot of time in the bliss states and in the upper chakras solely.
There is no right or wrong in any of this, yet when I hear people coming to me with the same challenges, don’t embrace the answers they asked for, talk in metaphysical circles they aren’t aware they are doing, are having unyielding struggles, are unsatisfied when parts of their life are not in full operation to their liking despite them saying they’ve done what they have learned to do through their studies, reading, and workshops, are having things seemingly hit them out of nowhere that they thought they had already processed and healed, or find themselves leading two different lives where they experience a tug-o-war inside themselves between the part that knows and the part that can’t integrate it, then that is pointing to an opportunity in your evolution to another part of your experience to look at and embrace.
We each have our own experience so, again, there isn’t any wrong or right, nor anything in particular to attain to, unless you specifically have a desire and intention you are trying to create and find yourself unhappy or unfulfilled. Life is experience for experience sake – all of the so-called icky and nice – it’s all perfect. And, what works for one is not the same for others, and I do believe we are moving into a time where things are much easier and can happen quickly. It all depends on you.
But if you, yourself, behind closed doors, or when you approach a friend or help you’ve sought out, are not happy and intending for something more, then maybe there is something being overlooked.
And that being said, I get the sense of some new structures being built upon old and weak foundations and feeling many are “faking” it through and not even realizing it, which is taking up much more energy than simply coming back down to Earth and into the body and emotions to really move the energy through in its entirety – not just stopping at the mental level. It also is about coming into the truth and not hiding from yourself anymore, nor placing blame elsewhere.
There is an energetic, nonverbal portion of experience that sends out its own frequency and it may be very different than the frequency some “think” they are emanating from the place of bliss they have learned to maintain and feed. Sensitives will pick up on this immediately and feel that there’s something not consistent in the delivery and what they sense from you.
This has to do with how many use spirituality to avoid things like the shadow aspects, fears, and pains – called “spiritual bypassing”, how it is possible to lose yourself behind “spiritual fluff” or to over-dose on positivity without integrative grounding as a means of avoiding and repressing your inner truth and, ultimately, your inclusive Divinity being revealed, and how you may be convincing yourself you are beyond something and yet perhaps all you have done was run the other way or are just regurgitating what you “think” you should say or do spiritually, but without having fulling embodied the essence of what that truly means.
So yes, what comes hand-in-hand with this theme is not just about speaking truth to others, but in being completely honest with ourselves – and this can be done with humor and gentleness, so as to make the process one of fun rather than punishment.
If you keep having a recurring challenge come up, couldn’t it just be possible you are missing the mark that is something you don’t want to look at and address? Could it be that at this point in the game, there isn’t anything or anyone anymore to blame, and really it is that you’ve shifted that energy onto yourself and attacking yourself, but out of avoidance of responsibility are unable to acknowledge this, as this would mean your life would shift?
That can be very scary for some people to know they now have to live up to the highest potential and wholeness that they are innately. So many fears surround this, even ones we don’t want to admit, as how could you possibly be afraid to step into your fullness?
The fact is, nearly everyone is, or has been at some point in their life. But once they do step into it, they realize how silly it was to have ever lived anything but from that truth and wholeness. We fear that which we can’t see, or what it means in terms of the changes that would need to be made that alter the lives we have become accustomed to accepting, even if uncomfortable. It’s easier to do known maintenance, than to explore a whole new world of adventure where each moment is unknown.
So it is easier to project onto things and people than to actually say, “Yes, I’m the one keeping me from me.” If you’ve done everything and you know it all already, then what else might it be?
Again, there is no fault in this. It’s just truth shining its unconditional love on you saying, “Come into the light fully. You are Divine. You are loved and always will be. You’ve done nothing wrong, but it’s now time to live in the light of you.”
We have to be willing to let our ego and stubbornness step aside, to truly have courage to “see” and embrace what we ingeniously are hiding from. It isn’t enough to say, “Yes, I know that”. If we truly did, then there wouldn’t be an issue, would there? There is a slight, sometimes so subtle perception, acceptance, release, altering, that can make the difference. And indeed that can sometimes be to say, “I don’t have all the answers” and “I’m the one self-sabotaging myself”.
This is a subject I feel very passionately about from that Universal place of seeing everyone in their wholeness. I honor where everyone is in their own chosen evolutionary experience and I honor the truth you feel in your heart. But I also honor the parts you may not see and that you’ve shared are not fulfilled, and it is from this place that I share this so that one day it might open an inner dialogue within that begins a new journey of exploration for you.
This post is one, as I shared, that is based on an important theme message that keeps channeling through to me, but was inspired by a crystal friend whose energy speaks to the heart of this and the process.
Yesterday, I was sharing a crystal with a friend that was interested in any new crystals I may have available. I hadn’t yet put it in my shop, until this morning. Because of the inner promptings and the fact this crystal’s energy was brought into my awareness yesterday, I felt this was another nudge to write on this topic. The crystal that I’m sharing is a supportive tool to all of this and more.
It is called a Shaman Heart Lemurian and it is an amazing being that I adore and honor, but definitely only for a soul ready to really embark on a powerful journey without fear and to honestly face the necessary steps to bring everything you “know” into actualization. This is a time for no longer just talking about something. It’s about walking the walk. This crystal being will help access that transmutation if you are willing to really put your fears behind you.
Shaman Heart Lemurian Properties:
These unassuming looking Lemurians call to those who are ready to take the next step in the process of integrating higher consciousness on Earth by grounding it for expression in our lives and bodies. Shaman Heart Lemurian Seeds from Brazil activate the connection between spiritual consciousness and the powerhouse of light energy within the human heart.
The Smokey Quartz reflected in the base, as well as the iron and lithium on their surface, help these stones to bring higher frequencies down into the heart, then express them through the lower chakras into our physical reality. They also allow access to the higher frequencies more typical of Lemurian Seed crystals. Instead of simply sending you “out there,” however, they assist in the integration of higher frequencies on a physical level and are therefore very useful for those who wish to express these higher frequencies through their everyday activities and, especially, for those in the process of changing their life structures to reflect a higher awareness of their path.
The Shaman Heart Lemurian is one way we can support the process of integration and deepen that into “embodying” the higher frequencies you have come to love, in a way that encapsulates the full picture and will support you into “living” the concepts and manifesting your desires.
If you are interested in this piece and the courageous journey of integration it can support you with, you can find it in my Etsy Shop, Crystal Illumination, here:
This crystal is one of many ways we can support the process of integrating all parts of ourselves in alignment and consistency – to really “be” that which we speak of enduringly, and not just momentarily.
If this post speaks to you, wonderful. And if not, that’s perfect too. But do pay attention to the subtle feelings you feel when you read it, as if you find something triggering you, listen to the words you say when that happens, and the feelings you feel when it does, and then do with it as you may.
Always honoring you in your wholeness only. ❤
Once again, on the same “feelin’ it” train with Laura Bruno and Tom Lescher/Kaypacha. Sometimes you don’t want to hear what would be of most support to you. We’ve all experienced that. As Tom says, it really IS time to ground all of these concepts and love nature energy. Resistance is futile. The Mercury aspects are calling for heavy focus on communication, the Throat Chakra, speaking your truth…and I, for one, had felt this, as the other day I had to raise my voice for the first time in a very long time, with someone I had met recently, to stand in empowerment. Not in an attacking way at all, as I thanked the person and honored their truth, but was clearly and concisely going to speak mine. Tom shares some great insights through his fun and passionate expressions.
Tough Love from T.L. Booyah! Rock it, Kaypacha. 🙂 I have soooo been feeling this, both in my own life and observing clients and the world stage. Boundaries seem particularly on the table of issues to deal with — physical, emotional, mental, spiritual — all the levels are getting major pushback. No more Mr./Ms. or Mrs. Nice Guy Doormat.
Enough is enough, and no, the world is not the patriarchy’s personal poop yard. Neither is our yard, the unleashed neighborhood dog’s personal poop yard — well, not for much longer. Project Dog Detective is in effect. Then comes more vigilant fencing, then come the warnings, and after that? Project Faery Hound. 😉 In all seriousness, we’re in an increased phase of needing to strengthen boundaries on all levels. People tend to project their own ideas of what’s appropriate onto others, thinking “Oh, I’ll just be nice. Surely, they won’t continue…

Today, day two in the 21-Day Mantra Meditation Journey with Deva Premal and Miten, the focus was on “Inner Peace” – Om Shanti Om. (you can still sign up at the link to join in)
It’s about feeding the soul with that state of harmony that can carry you through anything – even in the midst of chaos you remain calm, centered, balanced, and at peace.
There are many ways you might also create this peace within, with different things that feed your soul, but carrying this Mantra is definitely one powerful way you can instantly reprogram things from the inside out.
What ways do you feed your soul? Make it a priority to nourish and cultivate inner peace in the way you resonate with. Even if it is just for five minutes a day, it will do you huge benefit. There is nothing that pressing in the world that can’t wait. Rushing anything won’t make things work any better, and might even create more challenge or make you miss out on better opportunities.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to explore a new beach area with a dear friend I have known for maybe three years, but met in person for the first time. You may remember him – Cliff Durfee – from a past post I shared about his book, “Stories for the Inner Ear.” (I’ve been seeing themes around connections coming full circle lately, as we are lighting up and igniting energies through these meetings that trigger shifts in one another)
After a year or so of intending to get together, time aligned for yesterday and with it came Moonlight Beach, Self Realization Fellowship Hermitage and Meditation Gardens, and some vegan treats for lunch at Lotus Cafe and Juice Bar. I even had the chance to connect with Sweetie Bird, Cliff’s sweet little yellow parakeet, reminding me of my own little parakeets I used to have – one named Sweetie and one named Iris.
It was an extremely peace-filled day of stillness and being with the gentle nature surrounding the day and each other. I always see animals in each person I meet and Cliff reminded me of “tortoise energy” – it’s no wonder he loves these beings and has a tortoise collection. 🙂
It was a day of “Inner Peace” indeed and I continue to carry this through today, aided by the beautiful Mantra meditation gift of the journey.

I thought rather than share a lot today, as I’m not feeling tons of words, I would share some of yesterday’s beautiful vistas (the outer peace) from the Self Realization Fellowship Gardens and Moonlight Beach, as you enjoy this magical underwater video set to “So Much Magnificence” by Miten with Deva Premal (the inner peace) – creating wholeness within and without.
Don’t forget that today kicks off the 21 day Mantra Meditation Journey with Deva Premal & Miten. Today begins with OM – The Cosmic Yes!
Back by popular demand, Deva Premal and Miten are offering their 21 Day Mantra Meditation journey once again. I posted it the first time, so that if you felt called you could join along, and I’m posting it again for another chance. They are celebrating their MantraFest tour of the USA & Canada this fall, and what a wonderful gift to share with us all.
I have had the opportunity to experience them and their music in person at a concert in Maui and in Portland, OR and already have my tickets to see them at Bhakti Fest on Friday 9/6, as well as in Escondido, CA on Sunday 11/3 with special guests, GuruGanesha Band. Yes, I am quite excited.
You can check out their tour dates and cities here: Deva Premal & Miten
Perhaps you might feel called to join one of their many concerts as they tour, which is…
