Be – Don’t Try to Become
However, I find that the more aligned with the nature of who I am, the more formalities drop away. Everything is simply about that seamlessness of being the harmony of me in balance.
That very fullness of experience when you are like that instance of a flash of light birthing forth from a dying star, is when you have come to know freedom and that any ideology or practice is simply not a requirement to “be”.
I find myself most at home in the wilderness of life…the great Cosmic outdoors. A place where timelessness is the blending of horizons between sea and mountain, land and sky, Earth and Cosmos, body and soul.
More and more the experience of life for me no longer feels contrasting, as much as it seamlessly is becoming a living meditation of harmony between all things.
I personally don’t follow any stringent “practices”, although I believe that responsible commitment and dedication to one can help to reprogram you out of conditions and into natural experience.
And once you have reintegrated your connection to Source within you, then formalities drop away into “beingness”.
And life becomes a living, waking, walking, feeling, breathing, freeing….meditation of your very experiential and creatively rebellious existence.
Each person comes into this world with a specific destiny–he has something to fulfill, some message has to be delivered, some work has to be completed. You are not here accidentally–you are here meaningfully. There is purpose behind you. The whole intends to do something through you…
Listen to your being. It is continuously giving you hints; it is a still, small voice. It does not shout at you, that is true. And if you are a little silent you will start feeling your way. Be the person you are. Never try to be another, and you will become mature. Maturity is accepting the responsibility of being oneself, whatsoever the cost. Risking all to be oneself, that’s what maturity is all about…
Drop the idea of becoming someone, because you are already a masterpiece. You cannot be improved. You have only to come to it, to know it, to realize it.
Be – don’t try to become.
