Monthly Archives: August 2014
We have updated news for those of you who were unable to make this September’s dates for joining us and the Horses in the “Living with Vibrational Integrity” Four Day Reiki Certification & Experiential Retreat In British Columbia.
Due to so much in flux and needing to honor what is showing up now, we have moved this magickal experience into 2015, which with gratitude, beautifully aligned for everyone involved.
The new dates are July 9th – 12th, shifting gears from a Fall to Summer gathering.
We’ll likely be adding new inspirations to this experience, and will update you with any other goodies you have to look forward to.
If you have questions about the changes or would like to register, please contact either me at firstname.lastname@example.org or Hillary at email@example.com

This gave me chills…
The power of communicating through musical sound – something dear to heart for me.
And this is the full story…yes, it’s a commercial unfortunately, but created from an actual experience, which revealed people’s desire to connect with these magnificent beings:
The Story of the Hummingbird
Once upon a time, a huge forest was being consumed by a terrible fire.
Frightened, all the animals fled their homes and ran out of the forest. As they came to the edge of a stream they stopped to watch the raging wild fire, feeling discouraged and powerless. They were all bemoaning the destruction of their homes. Every one of them thought that there was nothing they could do about the fire, except for one little hummingbird.
This particular hummingbird decided he would do something. He swooped into the stream, picked up a few drops of water and went into the forest and put them on the fire. Then he went back to the stream to do it again and again and again. All the other animals watched him in disbelief; some tried to discourage the hummingbird: “Don’t bother, it is too much, you are too little, your wings will burn, your beak is too tiny, it’s only a drop, you can’t put out this fire.”
And as the animals stand around disparaging the little bird’s efforts, the bird noticed how hopeless and forlorn they looked.
Then one of the animals shouted out and challenged the hummingbird in a mocking voice, “What do you think you are doing?”
And the hummingbird, without wasting time or losing a beat, looked back and said, “I am doing the best I can.”
Thank you my sweet friend, Angelique, for reminding me of this empowering and inspirational story.

I feel that all of you creative visionaries channel from a place that exists between worlds (time out of time) and when you tune in to that frequency, you receive a clear broadcasting of Source’s creative expression, which reveals the all-encompassing beauty, wisdom and mystery of All That Is through You.
You each have a unique role in the collective story being woven.
The only thing for you to do is to embrace your unique cosmic role as channel for your thread.
This is a very thought-provoking read. I agree with Laura…not the only and not the last hermit. I like what he shares near the end:
“What I miss most is somewhere between quiet and solitude. What I miss most is stillness.”
This is a fascinating read! Thanks, Bo!
The only thing that I would say is, “What makes anyone so sure this is the last true hermit? A true hermit, for sure, but the only reason we know about him is that he got caught stealing. Who’s to say there aren’t many more such hermits?”
