Slowing down that pace. Hearing, listening, feeling, being. I felt it all slow down listening to your video. So integral and powerful reminder. Listening to your sound channeling. Gave me goose bumps. Such a beautiful soul filled sound. It really struck my 2nd chakra and started to climb to my 3rd. Thank you dear friend
