Amplify the Light & Beauty

IMG_20200424_115615110

Spring has sprung here after a late Winter. We’re just starting a long streak of mid to upper 60’s temperatures edging to 70 and I’m seeing all the beautiful blooms beginning their debut. We ventured to slightly lower elevations for a hike today – well I hiked, while Dave biked – and down below sun-kissed color and new life caught my eyes around every corner. It also gave my skin a healthy infusion of vitamin D to kick off the season.

While things in the world continue on a roller-coaster ride of unknowns with every shade of experience, I still choose to open my heart to the gifts and make every day count.

This is just a short burst of inspiration to help lighten the weight of anything you might be carrying. If you can’t find something around you to lift the cloud, I hope these images might find their way to you just as you need them most.

I am ever the explorer, looking for the light, beauty, and love and choosing to amplify it.

You, too, can choose where to focus.

Find the light, beauty, and love and amplify it.

It’s not just a game-changer for yourself, but does wonders for the world.

Here is the wild beauty I found today and choose to amplify. Enjoy.

  1. Thanks for the beautiful tour of your home geography. Happy Spring Tania!

    • You’re so welcome πŸ’›πŸŒΈπŸ§šβ€β™‚οΈπŸŒ»πŸ¦‹πŸ›πŸŒžπŸŒ±πŸ˜˜ and thank you for the sweet wishes! I hope Spring is full of popping new potential for us all!

Dropped down to the Eastern side of the Sierras, into the sagebrush steppe country? I see some of my favorites, Paintbrush, Lupine, Arrowleaf Balsamroot, Creeping Phlox… lovely vistas and flowers!

    • Yes! You remember this area well πŸ’› I’m so glad I could bring some of your loves closer to you! They are all so beautiful!

      • I used to live in Eastern WA and spent quite a lot of time hiking/camping in the Sagebrush Steppe grasslands and the Blue Mountains. It is a similar climate zone as the Eastern side of the beautiful Sierra Nevada. Best spring hiking areas except for ticks and the occasional rattlesnake!

      • Washington is so very beautiful too! That’s wonderful you’ve experienced a lot of beauty out west. I can tell it has a special place in your heart πŸ’“ luckily we don’t have ticks or rattlesnakes up by us. Although I do love snakes

      • Once, I did drive over the Sierras from Sonoma and Twain Harte to the Long Valley… quite the drive! Also drove Hwy 4 past Bear Valley… interesting windy road past the crest… Visted the area near Reno/Virginia City as a child when staying in Squaw Valley.

      • Must have been a beautiful drive! We were just at squaw valley today. Did a long 33 mile bike ride up the West side of the lake to squaw. Virginia city is a fun little town in the mountains! So glad we can share these memories and experiences πŸ’š
