The Arrival of Higher Frequencies & Light-Speed Density Detoxes ~ July Energy Update with Lee Harris
Lee’s July Energy Update will likely speak to many of you so I’m sharing it here.
One thing that stood out, because of a theme I’ve been seeing and has come up with everyone I’m meeting and connecting with recently, is that of “healers with burnout” that Lee mentions.
I can’t tell you how many times the theme of “empaths” has been discussed in the last couple of weeks and people wanting advice or simply challenged by not knowing how to function optimally with all that’s happening around them, while they’re trying to also stay committed and focused on the new they’re feeling called to do in bigger ways.
I have to smile at the collective synchronicity each time it pops into conversation within minutes of meeting someone and am finding a lot of people touching in with me on this, not to mention being drawn here to Lake Tahoe.
It’s not a new topic FOR SURE, but I’m getting that people who are in transitional periods of their lives, are getting ready to take things to the next level, or are in soul question as to whether they can go the whole nine yards, are needing some catalytic boosts and Lee’s reminder of nurturing yourself, remembering to experience YOUR own journey with the integrations taking place without comparison and with lots of gentle love, giving yourself space to do what you need to stay balanced and on path to what you’ve chosen and are embracing, resting, and giving yourself “you” time are super important and not a luxury.
Things are shifting SO quickly and it’s causing a lot of “stuff” to detox through for sure. So stay grounded and present with the process…and take it one peaceful moment and day at a time.
I’m going to keep this short, but it felt really important to at least touch in on, along with energetically, as there is such a dramatic contrast of energy in the world being experienced right now from really challenging to really incredible and not much in between. The challenging things are really coming from the stuff that was brushed away, what was deemed unnecessary to deal with because temporary pacifiers seemed to work to suppress it or distract you, or were thought to be beneath you as a “light worker” (for lack of a better term) if you felt you rose above it. The shadow is biting back hard and the more we deny, the worse it hurts.
We all go through this at one time or another and it’s only up to us what we are ready to embrace.
Unfortunately, some of the teachings out there that have been latched onto haven’t done us all the benefit, as people may think. As they only scratched the surface, or perhaps even diverted attention, and then people have thought that to be “it.” This to include the Law of Attraction, which has messed with people since there are more reasons than only a mirror that something happens, which in fact leaves a lot of blame (self blame included) going on when people feel they are must be doing bad to get bad.
There’s a huge amount of gusto behind everything from All That Is toward each way chosen, which makes the choosing that much more crucial to do as wisely as possible. And I can’t tell you how much I’m hearing about people experiencing all kinds of craziness and intensity that you would never expect based, on how they present to others and themselves. Equally, it’s amazing how much vision and sensitivity to these inconsistencies as a collective we are missing and allowing the wool to be pulled over our eyes.
I haven’t a word to put to it all. So I’m not going to try.
But I do feel that Lee Harris’ Energy Update for this month can perhaps be of support to people wanting it and going through his topic for this month’s energy theme.
As for me, things are really speeding up and flowing along, which I am grateful for and then some, but I’m going to be off my blog until I return from my travels. I’ll be leaving tomorrow and back on Monday the 19th. I had enough time after Australia to get settled and integrate back, had lots of good nature time, tuned in to what’s next here for me/us, write, refreshed with a new hairstyle to align with my energy, got to host my friend Lynne again for two days for some fun on her way through to Yosemite, and have had some new developments with my bunny journey (a lot to share about this, the week I return) and other things I’m focusing energy towards and Dave and I are focusing on together.

Look at your relationship to heaviness in your life and your way of treating it, as aggressive support of it is important now to take you to higher planes of experiences and existence.
There are windows of opportunity presenting themselves this year for everyone, but there is great stillness to tap into right now to align with what is next.
If you’re feeling triggered by things in the world, take breaks and step out and back to replenish your energy.

I agree with Linda of Litebeing Chronicles that this Energy Update from Lee Harris expresses important key dynamics and perspectives for personal and collective understanding and change in these now times. Finding YOUR balance is key, regardless of the imbalances experienced abound. As Lee shares, nothing can be guaranteed in terms of outcome in any way, but you CAN shift your own experience of things with your own relative and conscious actions. And like many of us have been sharing, you CAN create your own reality. Perhaps, as Lee shares, it’s time to invite yourself into your OWN NEW PARADIGM. I only ever share that which feels resonant and in consistent alignment with my own perspectives. Maybe this will have resonance for you.

I think this energy update from Lee Harris will ring in for some of you. I definitely am experiencing the rapid transformation he speaks about, along with the recalibration being in full effect for sure. I’ve also experienced a retrieval of a new depth of inner strength by pulling within and that’s come with the shedding of more layers and facing shadow forces at work in very dramatic ways. It’s taken a lot out of me recently to continue holding my personal frequency amidst everything, but hold I am and figuring out ways to nurture my needs along the way to keep strong and vibrant.
Lee also provides some key points that are addressed in the video, along with some self care tips:
* August will have a Quiet Intensity – you will be most balanced and find an inner strength if you find ways to pull back from the outer intensity.
* Fast releasing of Inner-Shadows – the personal mirror of the collective revealing/releasing of shadows will have the same effect on you – your thoughts, beliefs and emotions.
* This speed of change can create disorientation or confusion – this is normal in short phases so let it be. You are just recalibrating and becoming ‘new’.
* Don’t judge yourself for having dips or downward moments – let them be there without judgement and they will pass at rapid speed.
* Notice you are becoming hyper-aware at what does and doesn’t work for you now. You will change patterns based on what you notice.
* If you like following others, or being the empath who lets others lead, that is changing fast. Time for you to experiment with self-leadership! You can’t make a mistake – just choices that you can change if they don’t work the way you thought you might.
* If you’re down, don’t get hard on yourself for it. Just let yourself be low for a moment and remind yourself it will pass.
* Isolation can be healing until it isn’t. Balance your alone-time with well chosen community moments with supportive people and environments.
* Develop a practice of doing something good for yourself every day: Exercise, a walk in the garden, meditation, listening to music with eyes closed. A moment where you step out of the world and be with you.
* Set Goals/Intentions – this moves energy in a forward direction.
* Keep a Daily Gratitude Journal – this helps you be present to the blessings in your life, and more aligned with the now and abundant in the future as a result.
