From the Stars

orca

We’ve been heart and soul enjoying our vacation time away on the coast, connecting with the Pacific Ocean. The energy has been so nurturing and magickal, beginning with our first stop in Cambria’s Faery gardens and Moonstone Beach, descending into Pismo Beach’s oceanic adventures, and now concluding the next few days in our old home of Orange County’s coastal cities, to come full circle with time at our favorite place here of manifestation – Crystal Cove.

If you’re on Instagram you’ll have a chance to see all the beauty and enchantment, as I’ve posted shares along the way including all of the incredible time with the ocean’s wildlife. I’ve found it particularly synchronous that I’m reading and reviewing a romance novel set in Atlantis, as I’ve been fully surrounded by cetacean friends and more. Dolphins and whales danced in the waves under the cliffs we stayed, seeming to follow us, and showing up several times each -the whales in very large pods sending me messages and invitations.

I also found this gift from the merpeople, on the beach at water’s edge the very first day upon arriving in Pismo, which you see pictured in the palm of my hand. A tiny Orca whale – these whales have visited me in dreams before and were actually the messengers bringing me Cosmo’s name – my special needs bunny who has since returned to the stars, himself.

I shared this on Instagram and Facebook, but the whales have been lingering with me and I felt to share what came through as inspiration and message, here.

From the stars their liquid minds converge with mine.

I can hear their songs inside my heart.

Their enormity envelops me like a nebula bursting with interstellar brilliance and yet their deep and elusive howls, although eerie like the planets themselves, are light and ethereal like a feather floating at my center.

Like whistling helium their spouts blow cosmic essence into the atmosphere, infusing harmony for all to breathe.

As I feel each silky mass move with grace through the space between worlds, I hear them whisper, “come back to us.”

Ocean Musings

“A visit to the ocean for me is cleansing, recharging, and nurturing. It supports me into my expansiveness, guides me lovingly into the abyss, and activates a remembrance. It’s a place I can go to surrender to life and allow feelings to flow. There is no need for answers, only a willingness to let go into beingness.” ~Tania Marie

“What happens to your heart when you dive into the sea”

Loving Ann’s posts today. Another great one that partners with the last post on our relationship with Earth being the healing key.

I know as a Pisces, I love being in the water and do in fact become a fish there. And I’ve witnessed and heard of many people who fear the water or don’t know how to swim, experiencing miraculous healing shifts when slowly integrated into a new relationship with it.

Being at the beach and immersing in the ocean’s cosmic love is invigorating. Water is our most natural origin.

Feeding Your Soul With Inner Peace

e9

Today, day two in the 21-Day Mantra Meditation Journey with Deva Premal and Miten, the focus was on “Inner Peace” – Om Shanti Om. (you can still sign up at the link to join in)

It’s about feeding the soul with that state of harmony that can carry you through anything – even in the midst of chaos you remain calm, centered, balanced, and at peace.

There are many ways you might also create this peace within, with different things that feed your soul, but carrying this Mantra is definitely one powerful way you can instantly reprogram things from the inside out.

What ways do you feed your soul? Make it a priority to nourish and cultivate inner peace in the way you resonate with. Even if it is just for five minutes a day, it will do you huge benefit. There is nothing that pressing in the world that can’t wait. Rushing anything won’t make things work any better, and might even create more challenge or make you miss out on better opportunities.

e14Some of the other things, besides Mantras, that feed my soul are the ocean, nature, my beautiful animal companions, and music.

The voice of the sea speaks to the soul. The touch of the sea is sensuous, enfolding the body in its soft, close embrace. ~Kate Chopin

Yesterday I had the opportunity to explore a new beach area with a dear friend I have known for maybe three years, but met in person for the first time. You me-and-cliffmay remember him – Cliff Durfee – from a past post I shared about his book, “Stories for the Inner Ear.” (I’ve been seeing themes around connections coming full circle lately, as we are lighting up and igniting energies through these meetings that trigger shifts in one another)

After a year or so of intending to get together, time aligned for yesterday and with it came Moonlight Beach, Self Realization Fellowship Hermitage and Meditation Gardens, and some vegan treats for lunch at Lotus Cafe and Juice Bar. I even had the chance to connect with Sweetie Bird, Cliff’s sweet little yellow parakeet, e6reminding me of my own little parakeets I used to have – one named Sweetie and one named Iris.

It was an extremely peace-filled day of stillness and being with the gentle nature surrounding the day and each other. I always see animals in each person I meet and Cliff reminded me of “tortoise energy” – it’s no wonder he loves these beings and has a tortoise collection. 🙂

It was a day of “Inner Peace” indeed and I continue to carry this through today, aided by the beautiful Mantra meditation gift of the journey.

The sea, once it casts its spell, holds one in its net of wonder forever. ~Jacques Cousteau

e12I thought rather than share a lot today, as I’m not feeling tons of words, I would share some of yesterday’s beautiful vistas (the outer peace) from the Self Realization Fellowship Gardens and Moonlight Beach, as you enjoy this magical underwater video set to “So Much Magnificence” by Miten with Deva Premal (the inner peace) – creating wholeness within and without.
